Welcome to the home of the Mobile Mellow Milers of Mobile, Alabama.  Participation is free and open to all runners/walkers/crawlers. If you are in the Mobile, Alabama area and like to run or walk and socialize, then this club is for you. There is no fee to join, just show up with your running shoes, friend, and family.

The Run Time

Meet at the Midtown Mellow Mushroom () every Tuesday at 5:45pm. Announcements will be shortly thereafter, followed by the run.

We start at the Mellow Mushroom and run 5K all the way to the Mellow Mushroom. Check out our route.
